My programs are immersive and open to everyone, not only yoga teachers.
You will gain insight, experience, and accreditation in whatever area of yoga you choose.
To achieve course completion, trainees need to:

Mastering Restoration
100 hr Yoga Teacher Training
Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
This 100-hour teacher training is recommended for anyone who wants to confidently teach Yoga for Rest (Restorative Yoga,Yin and Yoga Nidra), deepen their understanding of these practices, or simply dive deeper into their practice.
The training is made up of 3 modules:
Module 1 - Restorative Yoga - 40 hours
Module 2 - Yin Yoga - 40 hours
Module 3 - Yoga Nidra - 20 hours
Trainees can attend the full 100 hour teacher training or attend any module of their choosing.
